Sumit Arora

Sumit Arora is an accomplished leadership coach, organisational development consultant, and thought leader with over a decade of experience helping individuals and organisations unlock their true potential.

He has designed and delivered leadership development programmes across India, Italy, Singapore, Thailand, and Jakarta, transforming mid- and senior-level leaders through immersive retreats.

An alumnus of the Haas School of Business, University of California, Berkeley, Sumit combines the wisdom of leadership coaching, mindfulness training, and personal development to guide individuals toward self-clarity and purpose.
