These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Self Clarity website at selfclarity.org and any related platforms, programmes, or services operated by Self Clarity ("we", "us", or "our").
By accessing our website or participating in any of our programmes, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
Self Clarity is a global coaching and leadership development organisation dedicated to empowering individuals to consciously design and live authentically fulfilling lives. Our programmes, frameworks, and content are grounded in decades of psychology and behavioural science research.
You may use this website for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:
All content on this website — including text, images, graphics, logos, programme frameworks, and methodologies — is the intellectual property of Self Clarity or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
The Self Clarity Framework, programme names, and associated materials are proprietary. You may not copy, adapt, or use them for commercial purposes without our express written permission.
Personal, non-commercial use (such as sharing a page link or saving content for your own reference) is permitted.
Participation in any Self Clarity programme is subject to a separate programme agreement and enrolment terms, which will be provided at the time of application. These Terms of Use apply in addition to any such programme-specific terms.
We reserve the right to decline any application or, in exceptional circumstances, to withdraw a participant from a programme if their conduct is inconsistent with our values of respect, confidentiality, and integrity.
Our programmes are designed to support personal growth, leadership development, and self-discovery. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or psychiatric advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or require clinical support, please seek help from a qualified healthcare professional. Our coaches are trained facilitators, not licensed therapists or medical practitioners.
Programme participants are expected to respect the confidentiality of fellow participants. Personal disclosures made within a programme setting must not be shared outside that setting without the explicit consent of the individual concerned.
Breaching this confidentiality obligation may result in removal from the programme without refund.
