Through one-to-one coaching, residencies, journals, and innovative tools, we guide mid to senior professionals, founders, and entrepreneurs toward personal alignment and self-discovery.

We’re looking for a strategic and creative Head of Communications to craft and execute a compelling brand narrative, connect with global audiences, and drive engagement across all channels.

Role Summary:

The Head of Communications will lead all aspects of communication strategy, ensuring the Self Clarity message is clear, impactful, and resonates with diverse stakeholders. This role will involve managing internal and external communications, public relations, social media, brand voice, and content strategy to position Self Clarity as a leader in personal development and coaching.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Communication Strategy:
   • Develop and execute a comprehensive communication plan aligned with Self Clarity’s vision, mission, and growth goals.
   • Ensure consistent messaging across all platforms and touchpoints.
2. Brand Management:
   • Refine and maintain Self Clarity’s brand voice and visual identity.
   • Build brand equity through storytelling and thought leadership content.
3. Content Creation and Oversight:
   • Lead the creation of engaging content, including blogs, newsletters, social media posts, and website updates.
   • Develop high-quality material for residencies, journals, and marketing campaigns.
4. Public Relations:
   • Build relationships with media outlets, bloggers, and influencers to increase visibility.
   • Draft press releases, pitches, and communication materials to promote events and initiatives.
5. Social Media and Digital Marketing:
   • Oversee all social media channels, growing followers and engagement through creative campaigns.
   • Analyze and report on social media and website metrics to optimize strategies.
6. Stakeholder Communication:
   • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment across programs, residencies, and publications.
   • Communicate updates and insights to partners, clients, and participants.
7. Event Communication:
   • Drive promotional strategies for residencies, retreats, and workshops.
   • Ensure participants receive seamless communication before, during, and after events.

Qualifications:

• Experience:
  • 7+ years in communications, PR, or marketing roles, preferably in personal development, wellness, or coaching industries.
  • Proven success in building and managing communication strategies.
• Skills:
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong storytelling ability to craft impactful narratives.
  • Expertise in social media platforms, tools, and analytics.
  • PR experience with media pitching and relationship building.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.

Job Title: Community Manager Volunteer / Intern

Reports to: Founder, Self Clarity

Position: Contractual

Location: Remote 

Job Summary: 

Are you passionate about helping the world? Are you interested in being part of something that truly makes a difference in global wellness? We are seeking an intern to manage and cultivate our community of over 200 healers, wellness experts and coaches. This role will focus on building relationships, profiling members, identifying collaborative opportunities, and coordinating community engagement initiatives such as newsletters, social media groups and podcasts. Ideal candidates possess strong communication skills, an interest in wellness and proficiency in digital tools.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Connecting with community members
• Researching and documenting their skills
• Identifying potential collaborations
• Managing online communication channels (such as newsletters, WhatsApp groups, Facebook groups)
• Coordinating podcast interviews.

Qualifications:

• Graduates in any stream. An interest in wellness, mental health and healing is preferred.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.

Remuneration: Rs 5000/- per month
